Soundless Yes

Here in this room,
this morning
no machine sound,
no gears or clockwork
falling into place,
just the soundless yes
of your hair upon the pillow
breathing softly in predawn light.

Don, what an exquisite word portrayal of the intimate, holy moment. As the very fine comments all suggest, each one of us experience the Sacred in the moment of our reading. Each comment, living poetry in its own write, blessing upon blessing extended.
